hiremydesigner is a digital design agency based in Dortmund, Germany. We have been running since 2017, starting with brand identity and website work for businesses in the Ruhr region and growing to take on projects across Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, and the UK.

We work across the full design stack: websites, brand systems, UI/UX for digital products, design systems, landing pages, and product design. We do not do social media management, advertising strategy, or SEO. Design is the work.

Dortmund is an interesting place for a design agency. The city has a strong tech and startup scene built on top of its industrial history. Clients here tend to be direct, budget-conscious, and focused on outcomes. We have adjusted our process to match that.

All work is delivered digitally. We communicate via video call and async tools. The project does not get less rigorous because a client is in Munich, Vienna, or Amsterdam instead of across the street.
