Interface and experience design for apps and platforms. From initial flows to a complete component library.
App interfaces that are hard to use do not stay used for long. The problems are usually the same: too many clicks to reach common functions, unclear feedback states, inconsistent components that look like they came from different products. These are fixable problems.
Our UI/UX process starts with the user tasks. What are people trying to accomplish? In what order? What does the interface need to communicate at each stage? Once those questions are mapped out, the design work is grounded in something real.
We design at the component level. Every button, every input, every status state is designed and documented before the screens are assembled. This means the development team has everything they need and the product is consistent from the start.
For established products with fragmented UI, we begin with an audit. What exists, what is inconsistent, and what needs to be rebuilt from scratch. Audit findings become a prioritised plan. The plan becomes the brief.
"Support tickets dropped by almost half in the first month. The redesign solved problems we had been explaining in documentation for years."
